Our Work

Real photos from Peak jobs around Grants Pass and the Rogue Valley.

Same Property

Before & After

Left is what we walked up to. Right is the same spot when we drove away.

Before
Backyard flagstone path buried under weeds and overgrown grass before Peak Landscaping cleaned up the yard in Southern Oregon
After
The same flagstone path fully exposed, with the beds mulched and the lawn mowed, after Peak Landscaping restored the yard in Southern Oregon
Path Reclaimed From the Weeds Southern Oregon · Yard Restoration

The stone path had vanished under weeds. Same view once we cleared it out, mulched the beds and mowed the lawn back.

Before
Backyard lawn and garden beds overgrown with tall dry weeds before a Peak Landscaping cleanup in Southern Oregon
After
The same backyard after Peak Landscaping mowed the lawn, edged the stone path and mulched the planting beds in Southern Oregon
Overgrown Yard Brought Back Southern Oregon · Lawn & Beds

Same yard from the deck. Waist-high growth through the lawn and beds, then cut back, edged and mulched.

Before
Overgrown juniper spreading out across a concrete front walkway before Peak Landscaping trimmed it back, Southern Oregon
After
The same juniper shaped and cut back clear of the walkway after trimming by Peak Landscaping in Southern Oregon
Juniper Cut Back Off the Walk Southern Oregon · Shrub Trimming

This juniper had crept most of the way across the front walk. Look for the flax and the white rock border in both shots.

Before
Asphalt shingle roof crusted with white lichen clumps and moss before Peak Landscaping cleaned it, Southern Oregon
After
The same roof plane stripped clean of moss and lichen after a Peak Landscaping roof cleaning in Southern Oregon
Moss and Lichen Stripped Off Southern Oregon · Roof Cleaning

Same roof plane, same vent up top and the same pipe boot down on the left. The lichen crust is gone and the valley flashing runs clear again.

Before
Asphalt shingle roof coated in heavy moss and organic buildup before a Peak roof cleaning in Southern Oregon
After
Close-up of the same asphalt shingles stripped clean with the granules showing through after a Peak roof cleaning in Southern Oregon
Shingles Stripped Back to the Granules Southern Oregon · Roof Cleaning

Heavy moss buildup pulled off the shingles. Once the mat comes up the granules read cleanly again and water sheets off the way it should.

Before
Asphalt shingle roof loaded with pine needle debris and organic buildup next to a ladder before a Peak roof cleaning in Southern Oregon
After
The same roof section cleared of pine needle debris with the ladder still set after a Peak roof cleaning in Southern Oregon
Pine Needle Buildup Cleared Southern Oregon · Roof Cleaning

A season of pine needle drop had piled up along the roof. Same shingles, same ladder in the frame, once we blew and brushed the debris off.

Before
Roof plane and gutter line packed with oak leaves and organic debris from overhanging trees before a Peak roof cleaning in Southern Oregon
After
The same roof plane cleared of leaf debris after a Peak roof cleanup in Southern Oregon
Oak Leaves Cleared Off the Roof Southern Oregon · Roof Cleaning

The overhanging oak had dropped a full season onto the roof and up against the fascia. Same eave line after we cleared it out.

Before
Pine tree on a maintained Southern Oregon lawn before limb cleanup work
After
The same pine tree after limb cleanup work on a Southern Oregon property
Pine Tree Opened Up Southern Oregon · Tree Care

Same pine from nearly the same angle, shown before and after limb cleanup work.

Before
Overgrown hedge spilling out across the dirt path beside a wood fence, with a step ladder and wheelbarrow staged at the end, before hedge trimming by Peak Landscaping in Southern Oregon
After
The same hedge run faced back to its branch frame with clippings on the ground and the path along the fence walkable again after Peak Landscaping trimmed it, Southern Oregon
Hedge Faced Back Off the Path Southern Oregon · Hedge Trimming

The hedge had grown out over the strip along the fence until there was barely room to walk it. We cut the face back to the frame and the run opened up again.

Before
Tall overgrown hedge row with a ragged uneven top leaning out over the lawn strip and hiding the fence behind it, before trimming by Peak Landscaping in Southern Oregon
After
The same hedge row cut level across the top and faced back, with the wood fence visible beneath it again, after hedge trimming by Peak Landscaping in Southern Oregon
Hedge Row Cut Level Southern Oregon · Hedge Trimming

This row had lost its top line and was leaning out onto the lawn strip. Cut level across the top and faced back, and the fence behind it reads again.

Before
Overgrown wisteria vine swallowing a backyard arbor, with long runners shooting up into the sky and two ladders set against it, before vine trimming by Peak Landscaping in Southern Oregon
After
The same wisteria arbor trimmed back into a tight rounded canopy with the stray runners gone and the front of the arbor clear again, after vine trimming by Peak Landscaping in Southern Oregon
Wisteria Arbor Cut Back Southern Oregon · Shrub & Vine Trimming

A full summer of wisteria runners had grown up and out over this arbor. We worked it from both ladders and cut it back to a tight canopy, and the front of the arbor opened back up.

Before
Dense thicket of leafy saplings and dry weeds grown up between a gravel path and a wood fence, before brush trimming by Peak Landscaping in Southern Oregon
After
The same backyard corner with the sapling thicket cut out and the ground taken down to short grass, the wood fence and gravel path open again, after brush trimming by Peak Landscaping in Southern Oregon
Overgrown Corner Cut Back Southern Oregon · Brush Trimming

Saplings had filled in the whole corner between the path and the back fence. We cut the thicket out and took the ground down low, and the fence line is back. The after shot is from a few steps farther up the same path.

Yes. Every photo on this page is from a job Peak actually did around Grants Pass and the wider Rogue Valley. None of it is stock photography.

Usually, yes. Isaac keeps photos from most jobs, so ask when he comes out for the estimate and he can show you work from properties near you.

How do I get a price for something like this?

Call or text and Isaac will come walk the property with you. Estimates are free, they happen the same day whenever the schedule allows, and the price you approve is the price you pay.

Do you do before and after photos on every job?

Not every one, but on bigger jobs like brush trimming, blackberry cutback and roof work we usually take both. Ask if you would like a set from your own property.
